STORY

Team Delta Cosmos deals with the primary objective of "Space Selfie" which is basically taking pictures from space. We plan to obtain this goal by launching a 3U cubesat to the Low Earth Orbit region(Polar Orbit) to access every part of the world. The satellite is going to help in montoring live images of any location requested by the users. The satellite can also play a part of Natural Disaster and Geospatial Monitoring while simultaneously being the eyes of the public users from space.

I was the Co Supervisor for Team Delta Cosmos, JSS Program 2021. I am an avid fan of the Space industry and very keen on how the sector is shaping up, especially for students from college and school. I gained immense knowledge during my time here in the JSS Program, and have been part of the Delta Cosmos team that is presently working on a CubeSat.

Pursuing final year in electrical and electronics engineering at Rajarajeshwari college of engineering, Bangalore. Space has fascinated me since my age of 3 with its infinite frontiers and unexplored cosmos. Astrophotography and Sky-watching being my greatest passion and Dancing and painting are my hobbies. On a lighter note you can say I walk, talk, eat, sleep..... Astronautics!

I am AKNS Nidhi Mayurika, I am the team leader. I have supervised all the sub teams while working on attaining sponsorships for this ambitious project. My aspiration is to create more space enthusiasts, spread my little knowledge, learn from others and make the society more educationally healthy. My other aspiration is to create awareness about saving earth through a scientific approach before the Earth turns into hot molten ball due to our greed and ignorance in the name of economy and lifestyle.

I am Farida 14 year old from Egypt ,the associate team leader,I have helped in organization of the teams while working on the development of the app to make this project accessible to the public while documenting our work . My ambition is to become an astrophysicist/astronaut to learn more about the universe to learn how we could survive and live farther into the universe while developing technologies for saving our home Earth using programming .

I am Spandan Shekhar Sahoo, a student aged 15 years old from Banglore, and I'm part of the Design Team and Camera Specialization Team. I have leaded the design team in the specific selection and criterias of cubesat components, as well as helped in the 3D CAD designing of the cubesat structure. I have also contributed significantly towards the research regarding the component units and necessities of the Optical Payload.

Hello all! I am Vaahinee from Shivamogga. I'm a 17 year old student. I'm a part of design team , sponsorship team and camera system specialization team, and I have designed the outer structure of the satellite.
